Individualized and scalable motor skill development model

The current model is a work in progress.

This is currently the opinion of what I consider the basic foundation for optimal motor performance. In this example, I apply it to XR tasks (AR/VR) but they are principles that are applied across almost all motor skills.

Cognitive / Mental / Emotional factors strongly affect the capacity for cogntive control states.

Motor skill factors can be augmented to scale for individual difficulty.

Whenever possible, technical equipment that can track both behavioural and cogntiive performance status will be able to provide a closeloop feedback system to either 1) increase or decreased cognitive control (i.e. attentional resources). 2) diffculty for optimal engagement.

If not task learning will fail due to lack of engagment on the individual’s part due to non-optimal U-shape relationship.
